In BlizzCon event yesterday, Blizzard presents a game of pick-up-and-play with the new genre of first-person-shooter called Overwatch.
Overwatch is a game that is played by choosing a hero who has the unique skills and abilities and will be played as a team. From the description, somehow I feel like playing DotA mixed Battlefield, but this game is not unique but FPS MOBA and Fantasy.
Why do I say similar, apart from the selection of the type of hero, this game is a team-based game that certainly 0bjective team must unite to defeat the enemy. Therefore, the gamer as much as possible choose a hero who can balance the unique-skill existing in a team.
In the game Overwatch, there are four types of heroes that can be played. The first is the offense, the hero who has the ability with high attack power. The second is the defense, which is a hero who has abilities that can help the defense. The third is the tank, the hero who has the ability to improve the durability of the hero in a team. And the last is the support, the hero with abilities that can help the other heroes in the attack or defense of such healing.
There are two objectives that can be played in this game, the first is Payload, the game is divided between the attacker and the defender team. Tim attacker has a mission to bring the payload to the delivery point and the team must impede the progress of a team defender the attacker until the time runs out. The second objective was Point Capture, the games are divided into two teams that the team offense and team defense. Team offense has a mission to seize territory guarded by a defense team, while the defense team's mission is to keep the area in order not to seize the team offense until time runs out.
This game has just been announced by Blizzard Beta Test scheduled to be held in 2015. To launch, may indeed have to wait longer to get the best.
